Hello, everybody, how are you doing? My name is John Lewis, and today we will be talking about ways to make you run faster. The reason why we’ll be going through these are to see how you progress in different sprints and distances. So within the routine to learn how to run faster, we’re going to do some agility work on the speed ladder. We’re also going to do five ten yard dashes, five 20 yard dashes, five 40 yard dashes and what we like to call a 30 yard speed dash and we’re going to do three of those and we’re going to do all of this and what happens is that your speed will improve over a course of time. You want to do this three times a week and you’ll see your speed increase over that time.
