I hear it all the time… “Ewww avocados are nasty”. The only problem about that statement is that half the people that tell me that are saying just because of it’s green color and mushy texture, but if the only knew not only how damn delicious they are but how GREAT they are for our bodies they would change their tune, And the research may even convince some non-avocado-eaters to cross over to the other side.
