You want to use these tips to prevent injury and to show the proper form so you can do more reps and improve your strength. When using the hammer machine, you want to make sure that you sit in a bench press that’s going to have an upright position available and you also want to make sure that the hammer strength bars are at chest size, chest height, so that when you are pressing off, you are able to get a good range of motion that prevents injury.
