The reason why we want to talk about this is so we make sure that we prevent injury and do it the right way so that you can improve on your reps. In working on a routine to flatten your chest, you want to make sure that you grab dumbbells instead of the barbell. The reason why you grab dumbbells is because one arm is usually weaker than the other and you want to make sure that they work out at the same pace and the same strength and the same reps. You want to grab a weight probably that is a little bit out of your comfort zone but not too strenuous. When doing this you want to do ten to twelve reps, four to five times in a workout.
