Hey, everybody. How are you doing? This is John Lewis. Today, we’re going to talk about basketball stretches so that we can keep you on the court for a longer period of time. Within the basketball stretches you want to do a series of lower body quads, hamstrings, calves, Achilles and feet. Upper body you want to make sure you work on the shoulders, forearms, biceps and triceps and stretch this out as well as your neck and shoulders. What this is going to do is allow you to play longer and prevent injury while you’re on the court.
