Where do you live and where are you from? I live in Las Vegas, NV but I was born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. I’ll be residing in Maui, Hawaii starting September 17th! Spreading the Vegan love everywhere.

What do you do for a living/profession? I inspire athletes through support, accountability, and teamwork for optimal performance, mental clarity and endurance as a means to commit, nourish and succeed. In addition to health coaching, I am a “Raw Foods Chef” specializing in gourmet meal delivery and detox juice cleanses through my company, Get Juicey, LLC. Currently, I am working on my very first recipe book, which will consist of fruit smoothies for women. It is set to be released January 2014!
What do you like to do for fun? Hiking and any beach related activities are a must in my life! The concept of exploring nature is just so fascinating to me. I love preparing foods and recipe developing (yes I really love this) as well as blogging about health and beauty.
Another thing I love about being Vegan is being able to make conscious decisions in this world in regards to what products I use, what I wear and eat. I am now more aware and able to educate others.
Also, I love the energy and spirit I have from maintaining a consistent RAW vegan lifestyle. I am eating plant food powered by the sun in it’s most purest form. Life gives life! I have never been happier, and could not imagine going back.
1 Persian Cucumber (or ½ of regular)
1 stalk of celery
1 handful of baby greens or other greens
2” peeled ginger
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 T. raw Coconut Nectar
1 T. Flax seed or Udo’s oil
1 t. Liquid Chlorophyll
1 C. Purified Water
½ cup of ice cubes
Option of adding 1 ½ ripe pears
Chop all ingredients into blendable chunks, and please make sure the Ginger is cut nice and small. You can also use a microplane to grate the ginger finely. Blend on high until smooth. Makes 1 quart. Drink all of it!

I think the first thing to cut out in regards to preserving your health would be any red meat. That was the first thing I cut out when I wanted to go healthy and I promise you’ll feel the changes right away.
