Why did you become vegan? I read.
How was your transition? It was pretty easy for me because I was exposed a to vegetarian diet throughout my childhood and because I am not emotionally attached to food .
What is the funniest misconception(s) that you have heard about vegans? That we are somehow living a suppressed existence. I feel more alive than ever.
What is your Favorite thing(s) about being a vegan? The feeling of you are what you eat – whole, vibrant, fresh, alive, full power. And NOT: dried out, decaying, toxic, bogged down digestion.
What do you think makes a Sexy Bad Ass Vegan? A person who dares to evolve and move beyond negative impact traditions and lead the way to establishing new, positive traditions. And training hard to maintain a sexy bad ass body never hurts!
What is your the best vegan dish that you make in your kitchen? I’m more of a smoothie chef, I like to throw some organic fruits and greens into the blender and whip up a bomber purple smoothie
What is the best Vegan Restaurant you have ever had the pleasure of eating at? I love to get BeLove Farm Organic Mexican grub at Gracias Madres in San Francisco!
What advice do you have for those that are thinking of transitioning to a vegan lifestyle? Be patient with yourself, read all the great vegan books out there and you’ll find plenty of motivation!
