Oh yeah, Today I present to you one of the individuals who had a major influence in my transition to a plant based lifestyle. It was a combination of his straight to the point lyrics, or his “Body is a temple” lifestyle and his will to just make other people look at the possibility of a better and healthier life for themselves. With out saying too much more it is my pleasure to present to you Stic @SticmanRBG Mr. June
Name: Stic of dead prez, Founder of RBG FIT CLUB, AKA Malcolm Exercise lol

Why did you become vegan? I was on my thug life mentality drinking smoking eating fast food etc and got sick with gout. So my wife Afya put me on a vegan diet to heal myself from gout and it worked! So I stuck with it and got inspired to take up martial arts and running and meditating and just embrace a holistic health and fitness lifestyle in general.
How was your transition? It was great. I was surrounded by encouraging healers and had access to alternative foods in the Rasta community of crown heights Brooklyn I lived at the time. One of the best forks in the road I ever took!
What is the funniest misconception(s) that you have heard about vegans? Well you they say that vegan’s farts stink worse than meat eaters. Not mine of course. I have more of the sandalwood note personally, lol. I don’t think there has been enough scientific tests and I don’t want to be around for that research! Lol
What is your Favorite thing(s) about being a vegan? I don’t really care for the vegan label, lots of fanatics on all sides but I just appreciate I’ve made friends for life with Vegetables and I actually enjoy what is good for my health. Knowing I’m making positive dietary choices for my long term health and environment and a good example for my family and friends.
What do you think makes a Sexy Bad Ass Vegan? Isn’t it obvious?! Lol… Nah I guess a sexy badass just mean I embrace health with a gangsta attitude and help bring it to my fans through my music and other than the fact I just freaking ooze sex appeal because of all the zinc and protein I get from pumpkin and hemp seeds. Lol Can’t keep my wife off me! Lol
