So it’s November and it’s time for the Bad Ass Vegan of the month. This Lady here is killing it on the Yoga scene and she just so happens to be vegan on top of that. A Vegan of 2 years, she is showing that women can still keep their strength and beauty while living a vegan lifestyle. She is not one to sugarcoat anything, so if you want real honest truth without the fluff… Make sure you follow her. Without further ado, help me welcome @superdopemin to the BAV family!

I like to think as vegans as fucking super heroes Saving the world. So I like being a super hero of love and compassion.
What Do you think makes a Bad Ass Vegan? I think I am a sexy bad as vegan because I can stand my ground with confidence , with knowledge in a miseducated society , where people are constantly trying to change you , challenge , belittle you because you are different all while smiling and hair flipping makes me a sexy bad ass vegan.

What advice do you have for those that are thinking of transitioning to a vegan lifestyle? Research research research I found for myself the more educated I myself on what goes on behind closed doors the easier it was for me to continue to stay vegan and honestly everyone loves to challenge vegans why not have the ammunition to state facts when that should happen because trust me you will get “but where to you get protein from ? at least a hundred times.
