Hello, everybody. This is John Lewis. We’re going to go over a point guard workout. The reason why we’re going to do this is so you can strengthen your skills on and off the court. So one of the most important drills in the point guard drill routine is endurance. So what you want to do is you want to find yourself a treadmill and you want to run at least a mile to two miles per workout. What this does is it will give you more endurance while you are on the court in an actual game situation.
