Went to the gym with my boy @drewhitt and ran into my homie @reddredonline! So what did we do… Took over the gym. It was funny to see their faces with all the different moves I was showing them. Workouts have to be fun exciting and yes that shit just might hurt a lil lol. So proud of @drewhitt, he has transformed his body over the last year just listening to my advice all the way in DC, always good when he comes down to Florida cause even though he knows I am going to put him through some painful shit he makes sure we link up to workout.
